Maceió, August 9, 2019 - The assembly of the probe to conduct a sonar study in the salt well near the housing complex Bosque do Mundaú, in the district of Bebedouro, started this week. This is one more step in the wells monitoring in the region. 

The sonar study is the examination that verifies the situation of the mines through the eco-acoustic method. The equipment is introduced through a cable and then winched to the depth of the well, from where it emits sound waves that propagate in the water, reflect in the walls of the cavity and then return to the equipment. With this emission, it is possible to make the technical evaluation of the well.
