Maceió, August 20, 2019 - Braskem learned about the Public Civil Suit filed by the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) against the company and other defendants referring to the geological phenomena in the districts of Pinheiro, Mutange and Bebedouro. With this respect, the company informs that it was not subpoenaed in the records of the said action, but it will evaluate and take the proper measures within the applicable legal deadlines.
