This program is designed for young adults between 18 and 24 years of age who are studying at or have already completed high school/technical college education.
Goal
The goal of our program is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge on the day-to-day running of the company in order to prepare young adults for the job market, helping you develop, challenge, grow and most important of all: to map out your own route from early on.

Young adults between 18 and 24 years of age who are studying at or have already completed high school/technical college education. We at Braskem accept all courses, what matters is to have the desire to grow with us.
