The Ethics Line Channel is made available by Braskem so that its team members, suppliers, third party, clients and other audiences may contribute information towards maintaining a safe, ethical, transparent and productive corporate environment, in a secure and accountable manner. The channel records, investigates and promotes decisions involving reports of violations of the Code of Conduct. The Ethics Committee is an important tool to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Braskem’s internal processes and controls.
Braskem does not tolerate retaliation against those who make complaints in good faith.
The Braskem exclusive website enables secure communication and provides for monitoring of the reporting process.
Information is recorded and processed in absolute secrecy, governed in a confidential and independent manner, ensuring the anonymity of the reporters and security during the investigation.

Monitoring the status of the report can be done using the unique reference id for the complaint submitted, available upon completion of filing the complaint. the reporter must take note of this unique reference id if they wish to check on the status prior to be notified of investigation conclusion.
