The objective of the Braskem Intern Program is to prepare youths to work in the different areas of the company. The program, which lasts 1 to 2 years, offers planned and structured complementary education that involves: the opportunity to apply what they are learning at the university in practice; day-to-day guidance to expand their technical knowledge and behavioral development; elaboration of projects in their chosen area; structured follow-up by the leader through constant evaluations.
In order to participate in the Trainee Program, it is necessary for the candidate to be a graduate or to be graduating between December 2006 and December of this year. The characteristics required include fluency in English, determination, initiative, ease to work in teams, entrepreneurial capacity and mobility.
The Braskem Trainee Program aims at integrating and developing young professionals just beginning their careers. The 1-year program offers: practical integration in the most varied areas of Braskem through experience in an organizational culture; broad and integrated vision of the business, markets and company products; development of attitudes in line with the Braskem leadership profile; close accompaniment by the leader and Human Resources team through periodic evaluations and meetings; development of a practical project that brings results for the organization.
