This award encourages and values the pursuit of excellence in Brazilian packaging, recognizing those that excel in achieving positive results for the company and for the final consumer.

The monomaterial stand-up pouch packaging developed for Organosolví's organic compound was one of the top winners of the Large Packaging Cases award in 2023. Developed at Cazoolo - Braskem's circular packaging design lab - the solution has 57% Wenew post-consumer recycled resin in its composition, as well as Antilhas' exclusive technology for printing the packaging, Gelflex Electrom Beam ink reduces energy consumption by 50% and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by 95%.

Mobil's monomaterial lubricating oil solution, produced with Wenew PCR, also won the award. In this packaging, both the body and the lid are produced from the same material, making post-consumer recycling even easier. In addition, the raw material for this solution is waste from the Jogue Limpo program, closing the production cycle and confirming the circular economy in practice.

The monomaterial stand-up pouch packaging with Wenew PCR of the organic compound from Organosolví received even more recognition! This time, it was in two Sustainability categories of the Embanews 2024 award. The packaging won in the categories: "Application of recycled raw materials" and "Sustainable process for recyclability of materials, selective collection and recycling". In this way, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainability and the environment, and also reinforce the importance of working together with partners such as Solví and Antilhas to build a more sustainable future. Known as the "Oscars of Design", the iF Design Award recognizes projects and initiatives that have a positive global impact. Among 10,800 entries from 72 different countries, Wenew was one of the projects receiving a nod, and it's the first award of its kind from Braskem, which reinforces the assertive construction of this ecosystem.
